Delivery is subject to your chosen delivery type. Express delivery takes upto 2 working days after dispatch. Economy delivery takes 3 to 5 working days after dispatch. Orders are dispatched the next working day after placing the order

Deliveries are done by third party hauliers between 8 am and 6 pm.

No, our deliveries are on pallet truck using tail-gate and pump-lift assist and not craned vehicles. For local deliveries using HIAB please contact us

Please note that express delivery needs to be ordered before 11am because of palletline cut off times

Please report any breakages, damages etc. as soon as possible. If possible please take a digital photograph to help us establish what caused the problem. We will replace any substandard products as quickly as possible. Once we have received pictures, we will contact you to make arrangements and work with you to resolve any issues as quickly as possible. We cannot collect damaged products.

We will contact you to inform you. Either you can have a full refund or we can suggest an alternative or we can put you on a waiting list with an estimated time of availability.
